One of the most crucial elements of opening yourself up to the
Angelic realms or Universe, whichever you may wish to call it, is to be
thankful for all that you have. When you thank God and the Angels, Archangels,
Spirit Guides and Ascendant Masters for all that you have and for all that you
are yet to receive, you must mean it from your heart and you need to feel that
gratitude. If you are just going to say it just for the sake of saying it, it
is not going to get you anywhere. When you feel the gratitude for all that you
have, this raises your vibration. Gratitude makes sense of our past,
brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.
The only way you are going to connect is when you are giving
off a higher frequency of vibration, this aligns you with your Source (God and
the Angelic realm). You create positive energy and generate optimism about
future possibilities. What you give out to the Universe is what the
Universe will return to you. Once you adopt an attitude of gratitude you will
open yourself up to so many amazing blessings of abundance and prosperity and wonderful
opportunities. Abundance will flow into your life and work when
gratitude flows from your heart. You will experience more joy, love, peace, and
happiness.
The Angelic realm wants only one thing and that is to ensure
that you are happy and they will be only too glad to bestow blessings upon you.
As soon as they see how happy you are to receive and how grateful you are, the
more they will send your way. It certainly helps to maintain a positive
attitude and to be joyful and happy. Research on positive psychology and
happiness suggests that developing an attitude of gratitude can improve
psychological, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being. People
who frequently feel grateful have increased energy, more optimism, increased
social connections and more happiness than those that do not. Grateful
people are less likely to be anxious, depressed, self-absorbed and greedy or
suffer from substance abuse. They are better off, sleep better, exercise more
regularly, and are more resilient.
As simple as it sounds,
gratitude is actually a complex emotion that requires self-reflection, humility and empathy for others. Being grateful requires a shift in
mind-set from negativity and blaming others, focusing on problems, annoyances
or perceived injustices to appreciating and giving credit to others. Gratitude is essentially being aware of and
thankful for the good things in our lives. It takes regular practice to
become a healthy habit. You need to focus on the things in your life for which you are grateful. These
might include significant relationships, your own achievements, or the
contributions others have made in helping you accomplish your goals, small
kindnesses from loved ones or even just the experience of sitting quietly for a
while without the intrusion of your phone. When we contemplate our “blessings”
we squeeze the most out of these experiences. We stop taking things for granted
and notice small things with a sense of wonder and appreciation. Gratitude
allows us to get the most from the good things in our lives.
Understandably we all have our days where we have a downer.
That is part of human nature. But, the important thing is to acknowledge why
this downer has happened. Look for the lesson in it. What happened to bring you
down? Can you change it? See how you can move on from it. If you need
assistance or guidance to help you move on from whatever you are experiencing,
ask the Angelic realm to help you. They are always there to assist and give you
guidance wherever it is needed. Hand your worries and fears over to them for
transmutation. Trust and believe in them to help you. Once you hand over your
issue to them you will immediately feel a sense of relief. You can even ask
them to help you remove any negative energy, negative toxins or negative
thought patterns from your body, heart, mind and soul. Ask Archangel Michael to
surround you with his white light to protect you from any psychic attack and
negative energy. It could be that you are just experiencing an energy block.
You can ask the Angels to help you remove this energy block from your body,
heart, mind and soul. To elevate your vibrational frequency again when you have
a downer, use some positive affirmations. As a matter of fact the best way to
stay connected all the time is to start your day off with a prayer of gratitude
followed by some positive affirmations. This will immediately raise your
vibration and change your mood. If you
intentionally try to focus on your “blessings” you will notice that it is
impossible to simultaneously feel negative emotions.
